We've all got our favourite productivity tools, but I'd like to hear about just ONE tool that you use many times in a day. The one tool that you would actually be lost without, or that is the first thing you install when you get a brand new machine. For me, that tool is the "There" app. It is on the toolbar on all 3 of my macOS machines.
I am always conscious of what time it is for my team mates when I ping them on Slack or email or any of our other company apps. I hate bugging them if I know they are in the middle of lunch, or on school pickup or nearing bedtime, so I am always going to my Mac toolbar and checking what time it is for them right now before I instigate anything.
It is a beautiful, simple app that just does one thing, and does it well - oh, and a great thing is that when I add a new team member on one machine, it syncs up to all my other machines so I don't have to keep re-adding.
Also - it is free. https://there.pm/
No affiliations - just a happy user.

https://nethunt.com/ - it's my CRM system that I use for managing client relationships (organise contacts and link all email correspondence), sending out bulk email campaigns, and setting up to-do lists (tasks)
I use my Autohotkey scripts continuously everyday.
