Post-Covid In-Person Meetups Best Practices

As bullish as I am on the future of remote work, I'm equally bullish on supplemental in-person connection. Has anyone here run post-covid meetups and have any pointers or suggestions that were helpful?

I'm looking to run our first meetups in the coming weeks and looking to stack some knowledge beforehand.
