Post-PH Brainstorm Request: Hiring managers & (personal) CRMs

[Forewarning] This isn't a PH retro with algo speculations. I'll circle back in a week after all the data points have been collected.

I had a lot of learnings from yesterday’s launch on Product Hunt. (Thanks to everyone who upvoted and more important, commented! 🙇🏾‍♀️) But the two most important are:

1. I need to do a better job of checking in with my network on a regular basis - which can be tough when it feels as though the update is “wheels spinning”; and

2. I need to find my tribe.

For the first, does anyone have a recommendation for an app to stay on top of “monthly touches”? Years ago, I previously used Contactually for this endeavor, but wondering if there are any new entrants on the scene.

And for the second, any creative ideas about how to get Diversity Decoded in front of hiring managers for tech talent?
