Post your landing page headline and byline. No links, no context. See if we can guess what you do. If not, you've got work to do.

    1. 3

Guess: eCommerce websites for small retailers

    2. 1

Hey, nice. You need to work on the SEO though. Searched by "Orderly" and nothing about your company appears

      1. 1

Totally! Being a simple English word, it's getting really hard to rank high.

  2. 3

    Sustainable living made easy

Automatically offset the impact of living your best life with micro, spare change donations

    1. 1

      Guess:

A service that used Plaid to connect with my bank account, reads my transactions, rounds up purchases to the nearest dollar, and auto-charges my debit card at the end of the month to make a carbon-offset donation.

      1. 2

It does sound like that's what it does looking back now. Thank you!

*if you care, it actually donates to a non-profit offsetting whatever the unintended consequence a consumer cares about. So if you buy that tank of gas for $26.27, we’ll Round-Up to $27 and use your $0.73 spare change for things like tighter fuel efficiency standards.

Grab that burger for $12.36, we’ll donate your $0.64 spare change to organizations researching things like meatless alternatives.

        1. 1

That sounds like the same thing? Do you have your own credit card?

          1. 2

            It's definitely similar.

The difference is that you're not donating to a carbon offset project. You're donating to a US-based non-profit that is working to mitigate the specific impact that your purchase is making.

Maybe you bought a fast-food burger and you hate that they buy their meat from a factory farm, you could donate your change to an organization like the Humane Farming Association who will use the donation to fight for better living standards for animals at these farms, or something along those lines.

Contrary to buy a fast-food burger and donate to plant trees somewhere.

        1. 1

          What's the real answer?

          1. 2

Tbh you are not far off. It's a personal planner which aims at creating a plan with specific time blocks from a to-do list. But it's not differentiated enough with existing alternatives. The core feature is that it doesn't leave you much choice when you "ask" the app what you should do. It just tells you 9h30 to 10h; you do this.
I'm trying to leverage the paradox of too much choice by giving a perfect plan with time blocks that are easy to follow. In other words, to stay away from that never-ending to-do list form factor.
