I've built massive no-code automations for venture-backed startups, beautiful Webflow-powered websites (including one for a celebrity chef), and bootstrapped a 7-figure marketplace business.
No-code tools are incredibly powerful, but a lot of people don't know which one is best for their idea.

Hi @sethk! I want to build a micro-saas for small-to-medium-sized law firms (lawyers) that have a hard time scaling. My saas will solve case management options and communication within the firm (both for the lawyers and clients). Its goal is to keep people aligned, informed, and on task. Would Bubble be a good solution for this? Or is there another alternative that you would recommend?
Yeah I think Bubble is good use case here! I think it's great for micro-saas companies

Hmm. I would probably use Webflow for this.
You could also use Bubble but it'll be a bit of a longer learning curve and I don't think you'll need it.

Curious what stack you used for the celebrity chef website? I want to build a website for a personal trainer that would allow him to sell customized workouts and book personal training sessions (potentially with a calendar tool, but open to anything) and that chef website looks similar to what I envision. Hi brother, I'm wanting to build an app that improve english skills (speaking, listening, ...) I want to start with free quizzes and then i think about monetizing some others quizzes, but I don't know how I monetize this. Can you help with this, or better, how I do this pls??
Try using Bubble to build, and for monetization you could do something like Duolingo which has ads + a subscription to remove ads.

Hi Seth! I'm interested in entrepreneurship and would love to use no-code tools to build a product, but I had a few concerns:
Do you find that people run into problems with technical debt? And if you do, what kinds of products do they build? I don't want to build out a platform on no-code tools, then later realize I can't implement X feature because no-code isn't powerful enough...
Do people run into cost issues? Zapier seems really expensive to use to power my site, and Bubble seems expensive at scale. What kinds of products do you think should avoid using no-code because the costs don't scale well?

In terms of later realizing you can't implement a certain feature, there's not a lot you aren't able to build with Bubble. And for simpler apps, tools like Webflow or Glide will get you quite far. If you know what you're building and the limitations of the tools, you're unlikely to run into any issues
Another point - I try not to worry too much about what problems my business will have at scale. If you've reached scale (and $$$$), you'll have plenty of options to resolve your problems by re-building if no-code really can't scale where you want it to.
