After a few weeks of mulling over the idea and talking to some of you, i came to the point where I realized that integrating a web feedback loop is not a problem in the world of vibe coding anymore.
I thought of my time working on Mobile Apps and how painful it was to actually get a survey integrated in the App. The problems i faced back then:
Insert a widget/button/link that a user has to click on which opens up a clunky web view in a browser in the App (terrible UI) but you have to choose speed over getting it right
Limited ways to target users and show it to relevant users and not bombard them by showing it multiple times etc etc.
This is where i think Feedbak.dev can make a difference. Here's what it offers:
No more buttons that a user has to click on. User sees a modal which pops-up
Smart ways of showing the modal - when the user has scrolled down, gone to page x, is on App version 2.3.1, is from India etc etc. You can set all kinds of rules to show it to the right user at the right moment
Choose from a wide set of questions (NPS, CSAT, Text based, Star rating, Multiple choice etc)
This is live on the iOS SDK and would love to hear from the community what you think about it. Please feel free to comment!
