Pravix - Day 1 Update

Pravix (http://joinpravix.com) - Day 1 Update

This one is a bit long since I’ve already built the product (via Replit) and launched it 2 weeks ago.

So here’s how the last two weeks went.

Pravix is a B2B product, and I just wanted to try it with a few real users. I reached out to people I’ve worked with before or even now (my consulting clients), and also did some cold outreach.

Cold outreach went horribly, got nothing from it.
But through my network, I got 2 paying customers.

Once they started using it, I was the one setting Pravix up for them, sending insights, and watching how they use it. And honestly, that has been one of the best things every builder should do.

Some quick insights I got:

1. Reading CSV files and trying to make sense of them was not easy for users. So I added automatic insights in simple English.

2. A lot of false alerts were coming from low-volume events. So I grouped alerts into High, Medium, and Low significance.

3. Usability needed work (buttons didn’t look like buttons). Fixed that.

Next goal:
Get my first paying user who I don’t know personally. That will be a big win.

See you tomorrow 👋
