Pre-launching Affiliyo, monitoring for affiliate links that break silently

Hey IH, sharing the pre-launch of Affiliyo here for the first time.

Short version: it's a monitoring tool for creators that catches when affiliate links silently break. Not 404s, the trickier stuff: your tag got stripped in a redirect chain, the product went out of stock, the program got discontinued, or the destination quietly migrated. Uptime tools miss all of it because they only check if a URL resolves.

Why I built it: I lost real affiliate revenue to this and could not find a tool that monitored what actually mattered (tag survival across redirects, AI-readable destination state, coverage across YouTube descriptions, Linktree, blogs, newsletters). Existing affiliate plugins like ThirstyAffiliates and Lasso cloak links and count clicks but don't verify the destination is still healthy.

Current state:
- Marketing site live with blog content, glossary, pain-point landings
- Waitlist is open
- App build starting next week
- No paying customers yet (pre-launch)

What I'd love feedback on:
- If you run affiliate links anywhere, what's your current workflow for catching breaks? Manual quarterly check, automated, or just hoping?
- For founders who pre-launched in creator-adjacent niches, what early signals told you the tool was actually solving a problem worth paying for?

Site is at affiliyo.com if curious. Open to anything constructive.

    hello founder of Affiliyo

I just read your Affiliyo post. This really stood out: "I lost real affiliate revenue to this and could not find a tool that monitored what actually mattered."

That's the exact moment every solo builder faces — you hit a real pain, decide to build something, then suddenly you're juggling: marketing site, waitlist, app build, gathering feedback, deciding what to prioritize. Managing what to work on each day, staying focused when you're not sure what signals actually mean the tool is worth paying for — that's the hard part.

I'm not selling anything — just talking to solo builders about how you actually manage planning and daily execution when you're pre-launch and wearing all the hats.

Would you be open to a quick 20-minute call about how you're handling priorities with Affiliyo right now? I think your perspective would be really valuable.
