I'm super excited to share this project I've been working on for the last few weeks - Knowchat AI (https://knowchat.ai). It's an AI-powered chatbot designed to improve how we handle customer engagement.
It's trained on your own website content. It's like having a digital clone of yourself who knows your business inside and out.
Imagine having a tireless customer service rep working 24/7 who knows your website like the back of their hand. That's what Knowchat AI is all about. And it doesn't stop at just website content. You can also train it with various file types like PDF, DOCX, EPUB, and TXT. The more you feed it, the smarter it gets.

Stack
I've built the public site and admin interface using Laravel, a really cool PHP framework. It's great because it helps me keep my code neat and tidy, and it makes the user experience super smooth.
When it comes to handling data, I'm using NodeJS. It's a workhorse that helps me fetch, parse, and turn data into vectors. I also use the OpenAI API along with Langchain, which lets me tap into some pretty advanced AI models like GPT-3.
This means the chatbot can give really accurate and relevant responses.
I also use Supabase, which is a great open-source alternative to Firebase. It gives me a real-time database, instant APIs, and user management, which makes it a one-stop shop for backend stuff. Plus, it supports PostgreSQL so that I can handle complex queries easily, and its real-time capabilities keep the chatbot responsive and up-to-date.
All these technologies work together to help me create a powerful, efficient, and scalable chatbot solution.
