PreLaunching: Copilot, to help developers get users
I've been working on this project on/off for a while and finally decided to go full steam and launch this in a few weeks. As an indie maker, I've always loved building products. Most projects would launch to crickets and die by themselves. Once I learned to promote those products and spend more time marketing them, I started seeing a huge difference in growth.
That's why I'm building Copilot. A dashboard that makes it easier for indie hackers to spend a bit more time promoting their projects. Planting seeds in the ground is what we're all good at. Giving them enough water, light & care is what will eventually make them grow.

I believe there is room for improvement.
As an example, you are saying that you already have 128 guides, but you are not giving any value. Try to use a guide as example.
It would probably not impact your profit, but potential customers can see the value in your guides and if interested, they will probably buy the other 127.
Did you consider marketing this more as an info product? I find the value proposition at the bottom of the page to be most compelling - "There are already 128 guides in your library waiting for you".
In other words, as a founder, I am more likely to purchase your product for the content than the library functionality.
Tnx for the feedback. Yes. In fact, it started as an info product multiple years ago. It was a profitable little education business that I abandoned because there was an other project that took off. One piece of feedback I got was to help users better organise all of those guides. Having 100+ guides is awesome. The dashboard helps organise it a bit. On top of that, some people pick 2 or 3 growth guides and then outsource the implementation. The dashboard then becomes the way to manage the growth team.
There’s a problem (at least on my phone) right underneath the “How it all works” section - the bullet points keep moving after the page has loaded
Nice. I think I'd want to know what a growth guide looks like before signing up.
