Preparing for a ProductHunt launch, what do you think? Is it clear the value Noora provides?

Overall, the landing page looks very nice and clear. The title and 4 points below it also convey what your product does very well. Nicely done!

The hero section:

This first section provides quite a lot of information, maybe try to feed it at a somewhat lower pace. The purpose of this section is to raise interest, not to explain.

• E.g. in the image you have arrows with texts to explain the widget. I would only show the widget here, and show it better (with more explanations) somewhat further down.
• In "Answer questions and publish help docs." This sentence mentions two items, and you're already in a bullet list :) Try to be more brief.
• Also "Announce product updates with your own changelog." would probably do fine with just the 3 first words.

The second section:

Also quite a lot of information here. In the previous section you've raised interest. A user who actually scrolls down will want to know how; here's where you want to convince them that your product rocks.

• "We help companies handle support tickets, prioritize feature requests, share their roadmap and make product announcements." I already got that from the hero text, I want to know how ;)
• "Here's a few of the ways unifying your support tools helps you build a customer first culture:" -> I think you can entirely drop this sentence?
• Can we make these bulletpoints a bit more exciting, e.g. by putting them side-by side in boxes?

The "See Noora in action." section:

Nice! Being able to see an interact with it (a real life demo) is always great.

The remainder where you explain each feature looks good to me!

It was pretty clear what you do. What 'clicked' for me is when I saw your embedded widget. That gave a more concrete feel to how can I interact with your software.
