Hello Indie Hackers,
As a manager, I am used to preparing, conducting, and documenting employee performance reviews.
Countless hours and resources are wasted. It must be improved!
Would love any feedback from the design, to copywriting! 😀
Prepnd: www.prepnd.com
I think the current description is confusing. In the beginning, I have a feeling that you are working on a tool to prepare and analyze Performance Reviews. But in the end, I don't know if it's a landing page for a tool or only a registration page for the newsletter. I would suggest adding more details. We know what - "Prepare Better Performance Reviews". But I don't know Why and How.
I am aiming to create a tool for that. But instead of build and try to sell.
Thank you for your valuable feedback @gzbbdg ! I will adjust the what-why-how
Congrats on the effort! I left some ideas on specific page elements here - https://visualdebug.com/show/prepnd.com
Hope it helps!
Thank you for your valuable comments in visual debug @stan121 !
I have made to update as per your feedback.
Let me know if any additional recommendations.
Awesome! Another thing you might want to do is to give some sample of the content or just the past couple of pieces you wrote.
Thank you for the recommendation @stan121 ! I was thinking to put a CTA that points to Medium profile to enlarge my audience.
Your thoughts? 🙂
The hero headline suggests that it's a software product but then the subtext indicates a newsletter. If the product here is indeed a newsletter then maybe make that more explicit.
On the headline itself, "Make Performance Reviews Effortless" rather than "Make Performance Reviews Effortless with Prepnd.". The "...with Prepnd" is redundant and takes up valuable real estate.
Thank you for your feedback @shekisms !
I have updated the landing page, since I still want to gather potential customers feedback and provide content valuable to them.
Also suggest removing the Gallop logo and left-aligning the text. The gallop logo is not that popular so does not add value. Plus it adds visual noise to the page. I would also "un-bold" that quote.
Great! 🙌
@shekisms I have updated the landing page.
I have tried to adjust the text as much possible with the current tool that I am using.
I have decided to adjust my landing page and focus more on the problem: Performance Reviews are taking time.
Instead of focusing on features, I have decided to focus on start building a brand by sharing content and checklists based on my experience as a manager.
I want to be able to gather feedback to build the right product.
FWIW - I think the term "performance review" is more commonly used, evidence:

Maybe use this to increase trust & SEO juice. Best of luck!
Thank you for your feedback @pklien ! I will update the landing page.
There are many things broken in performance reviews, but what is the no.1 thing you're trying to fix? Just mention the top problem, and what your service can do about it. You probably don't even have to explain why, when your target customers feel the pain, they will come after you.
For example, Prepnd generates aggregated reports of measurements and deliverables to provide visibility for peer reviewers and managers, saving time from making spreadsheets.
Thank you for your feedback @WEI3M !
The main problem I am trying to fix is the time spent, when a lot could be automated.
I have updated the landing page @WEI3M. Thank you again for your feedback.
