Pretend your life is a blank page

These days, the present can be quite painful as unexpected situations arise and leave us with regrets. However, I find that focusing on my long-term goals helps me push through the difficulties and deal with any present pain that may come my way.

  1. Try to go to a calm place or even in the shower, I just close my eyes and take a deep slow breath (exhale first and inhale). Exhale all the pain or the air that makes you uncomfortable and breathe in, replacing it with good and fresh air.

  2. Pretend that I am writing down all the terrible moments that are happening right now on a blank sheet of paper. I am capturing all the emotions I am feeling at those moments. Once I reach the end of the page, I write the word "END" and turn the page to start fresh.

  3. Then slowly opened my eyes and made myself believe that I actually lost those emotions in a paper, and a chance to write my own faith from now on.

I know this may sound strange, but if emotions are causing discomfort, it's better to focus on taking action towards what really matters, right?

Do you think it's crucial to concentrate on what you can manage and not worry about what's beyond your control? I always believed Life is full of surprises, and we may suffer from setbacks, but you can always start over and protect things that really matter in your life.

There are various methods to stay inspired, but when I feel swamped, I remind myself to take action to write my own story on a fresh page that will make my future self proud. I contemplate how my current deeds will influence my future and how I may lament missed chances.
