List of improvements from my eyes of designer-

Branding - First of all you need a good branding of the product like color scheme , logo and all.

UI - User interface of both app and website should be improved so that it look to the slandered which are trending.

UX - If you talk about user experience sorry i am a android user so not able to install your app in my phone but from website I will tell you that first of all choose some good content writer and marketing professional who can help you to have regular blog post to get some reach to the people.
2. If you choose par-lax theme for your product then why blog goes to some next page link. It should also navigate to same page in blog section and from there user should read some heading of the post and then navigate to that section- Consistency issue.
3. Have clear idea about your target audience to which you want to approach by this. It help you to marketing your idea.
4. What different you give from your competitors like headspace and there are lots of other app in the market . What is your Key-Factor(Unique Selling point ) or Pain-Point of user by which you thought to make this project. Think about that and highlight that things in your project on your website to more people interest in your project.
