We had an intern on our team that did a great job of planning 7 weeks ahead of launching (nobody could control that PH wouldn't feature us during the day).
We have created our own checklist, and ping me if you want me to send our version to you, but we got inspiration from resources like these:

thanks Rouuuge! No feature for us. Another builder (Flavien) just shared an X thread from PH's CEO saying that basically product features are hand-picked...

just saw it...well I had the same feelings after my launch of Photo Route. But I thought it was because I didn't have many upvotes.
Now its more clear. I hope you at least have a bit of traffic on your launch day!
traffic wasn't huge, but we got about 10 new trials directly associated with the launch (from PH or from convos I was having because of the launch).
