Flippa can be a great place to see different products that are up for sale. I have been viewing their listing and it's crazy how some of the simplest products have the most demand and have proven market. But obviously it's about execution as well.
Here's a tip: if you go to their specific sections, for example, saas, you'll see 100s of listings for saas business. You can then use filters to further break down what type of business are you looking for.
This can be a great place to start - as you get access to accurate "insider" information about a project, its traffic channels, and monetization methods etc.
