Product Idea - Personal and Guide Service in the regional language
I and My friend are working on the app which will have the personal and guide service which will act like a translator which you can book through the app.
Basically, the guy will be a local which will help in every aspect of work which you needs to be get done.
For Instance
Booking a hotel
Giving you a tour of the city
We will charge our customers on an hourly basis
My question is here will this product will be helpful in solving the problem or currently, there are any solutions providers

Although it depends on which country/region you are going to offer this service, I heard about a number of alike services in the past. Even a simple Google search with the keywords "find a tour guide" reveals lots of competitors. This is for the "are there any solution providers" question.
And the most important question: "will this product will be helpful in solving the problem". None of us can answer this question. In deed we can answer however most of us will make assumptions while answering your question. Instead, "tomorrow" go to the most tourist attractive part of your city and talk with as many tourists as you can. Ask them, first try to validate that "your tourists" suffer from this so-called problem. If they have this problem, explain them the tool you have in your mind and learn from them.
