How do you all market your launches?

There are soo many platforms to garner organic reach for your startups and products. Hackernews, ProductHunt, BetaList, Reddit, Twitter, Medium are a handful that come to mind.

Do you use any tools to manage your posts on all of these platforms when launching or building in public?

I know of various tools for social media marketing like HootSuite and HubSpot, but is there a specialized offering to help our community of bootstrappers and builders reach their niche markets of users?
