Product Launched : Turn employees feedback into real Actions (Feedback welcome)

The design, colours, and illustrations are on point - looks stunning.
Three specific issues I took, however, was:
The navigation items of 'MACT' and 'NOVA' appear in reverse order of how they are presented on scroll. More importantly, as a first time visitor, I don't understand what they are, so I would not click them - I think you should consider making them more descriptive, e.g. 'AI Coach for Managers' and 'Framework for improving leadership' or something along those lines, perhaps a bit shorter.
'Request a demo' is a hard barrier - I don't know the nature of your product well enough, but as your post indicates, I'd look into a trial period or a freemium plan to allow people to play around before committing - without having to send you a message. If people are interested in what you are selling, 'requesting a demo' and waiting for that is an anti-climax.
Your website loads slowly - webpagetest puts load-time at 8.4s, so you should definitely look into improving performance - are your products slow too? (That is the kind of thing you wonder when the landing page itself is slow).

I really think that the page font is so small. The titles are shy and not emphasized.

Thats a truly fair point Primer. The thing is since our target customers are HR, they expect to be demoed a product thoroughly before starting to use it. I agree from founders point of view, we want to use it firsthand as soon as possible.
We are aiming to launch a self-serve product soon. Infact your comment just put some fire under our ar*e to get it done soon.. Thanks a lot again.

@Primer, Again I wanted to thank you for your super helpful feedback. We too realised since we are targeting managers directly, nothing beats allowing them to sign-up and try the product.
