    Hi Flynn!
What key changes should a startup make on the user acquisition side of things when they want to move towards being product-led?

Hi @sumit - happy to help if you're willing to share more specifics. There isn't a single, silver bullet to product-led growth. Instead, it's a focus on customer/user-first principles, using key metrics like retention, engagement and K-Factor as ways to measure how effective your product is at growth. At a high-level, if acquisition is your problem, I'd look at organic ways to make your product more shareable, through means like WoM or referrals . If acquisition isn't the problem, but activation or retention is the issue, then I'd look at the customers that have activated or stuck around and I'd find out what that user did/didn't do that led them to sticking around.
