Platform level and UI Framework Product Manager looking for tech partner to aid in web development. Short time horizon, hoping for quick win. Also looking for marketer / growth hacker as speed to market will be imperative. I have UI/design background but a dev with the same would be a bonus.

Project could have legs into the future, but time is of the essence.
