Product People of IH what do you think?

Over the past year as our product team grew from 2 people to 10+ people, I had to start looking at solutions on how to share the active status and learnings that we have in the company.

Things like current strategy, OKRs, what we are working on and user feedback
Most tools like ProdPad have a great starting point but I found that you'll quickly run into limitations when you wish to customise the process to suit your own unique needs.

So over the year, I have crafted a coda template that we have successfully adopted that basically functions exactly like ProdPad but you can customise it to your own needs since it's made in Coda.

My team has found great success using this "centralised hub" and I decided to try and sell the template as a quick start guide for new teams with solid Product Management fundamentals
