I am in the process of a micro exit and exploring what’s next. Would love to meet and ideate with great people.
About me:
Accidentally found myself specializing my career as a PdM in new product development for Fortune 500’s and high-growth startups. At the start of 2022, the company I was leading product strategy for was acquired for $500m, which led me to try to build something from nothing myself.
Projects since early 2022:
Since 2022, I have worked on four core projects
- Improving alignment and efficiencies of software teams (40+ companies onboarded)
- Automating the analysis of qualitative user research (350+ hours of interviews analyzed)
- Building growth tools for Writers (2 MVPs built)
- Scaling Creator Marketing for SaaS companies with AI ($20k+ in ARR & currently in the process of being micro-acquired)

Hey Ian, #2 sounds super interesting...what was the automation about - creating easier to digest summaries or making feature suggestions based off of feedback that engineering could easily start estimating production effort on?
I myself am usually the person collecting and digesting user feedback in attempt to translate it into useful features. What are some of the biggest benefits of automating this process aside from obviously time and labor? 😊

To your last question, initially, it was time and effort, but the end goal was for the AI to find bias-free themes and opportunities.
Ian Germany /Europe overall has many expats who face barriers of German language ,most Asians specially for India and around speak English but day to day life interactions here in Germany require very good language skills.
I am facing a problem myself after having relocated here last month. All job search portals too are not expat friendly .
