Product released. Now what?

I just released the Windows version of ZitaFTP, so the product is out in the wild.** At this stage its a "me too" product, feature-wise. That's something I'll be working to change... Right now, I'm happy to finally get it out there.

There's plenty I could do, and I have my own ideas. However, I'm interested in hearing what fellow Indie Hackers think. If this were your product, what would you do next? What would your longer term strategy be to go from a minimally featured "me too," to commercial success?

https://keasigmadelta.com/zitaftpserver (yes, that page needs lots of work...)

** It was already available on AmigaOS, which has helped iron out the worst kinks and get initial feedback. However, that market is tiny.

Hey Hans, congrats on your launch 👏

Disclaimer: I don't use windows so I can't really give you feedback on the product itself.

If this was my product (but this concerns literally any product tbh) I would never consider it as "fully launched". If you want to thrive users to it: Launch, Launch, Launch, and Launch again. For example:

    Good luck 👋

      Thanks Dennis.

Those linked resources look very useful. I've got some reading to do...
