My partner and I are trying to get some feedback on some research that we are doing to improve our product and wanted to see what you guys do for your customers. If you can help us out we would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you,

A couple of comments:
Make sure you call out price specifically in your "what would it be worth" question - otherwise you may not get answers that are easy to quantify.
Start with a general question about pain points - e.g. "What's the biggest challenge you're facing when it comes to (product category?" This will help you gather data about potential features / directions you may not have thought to ask about.
Is this a topic folks would like to see an article about? I have years of market research experience and am thinking about putting something together along the lines of "Market Research for Startups". LMK and I'll get cracking.

Thanks @mamathrives that is some good feedback.
I would be super interested in this as I’m sure many others would. I’m sure there are a large chunk of people like my self for whom the biggest initial blocker to getting started is product validation / research.
Awesome, I'll get started! What's more useful - an overview of how to choose / validate a good business idea, or a deeper how-to on conducting good research to do that validation?
I'm also working on some course content around this - would you want to be an alpha tester (for free, obvi)? If so, just ping me at hi@rachelgoestomarket.com and I'll add you to the list :)
I think the deeper ‘how to’ would be really helpful (ie how do we reach out and find our target audience), how do we find a proper segment etc.
