Product Testing, Help Docs and Preparation

Recently working on some help docs for future users of the product. I learned that this is a fantastic way to become more familiar with the product. Writing these help docs showed me a little bit about product testing and really helped me understand the ins and outs of the product. I got a first look at it the same way that a customer would view it, exploring the dashboard and experimenting with all the features. I am confident that this helped me fully understand the product to write effective help docs, as well as prepare me for sales demonstrations in the future!
