Product tours for indie founders

I'm building Hopscotch Product Tours to help independent startups deliver great onboarding experiences through thoughtful product tours.
Why build this? Well, when I was searching for product tours that are currently on the market, I found that most options are either too expensive for indie startups or offer a sub-bar experience. That said, I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments if you feel otherwise!
So, today I launched the initial landing page in order to connect with a small group of early beta customers to help shape the product direction while I work to build out the product.

How does the product work? Does it help one to create a video walkthrough, screencast?
Hey @ksp - The intention will be that once you install our script in your app, you will be able to build product tours/walkthroughs from our dashboard and have them shown to your users. Tours highlight specific elements/pages in your app to show the user how to be productive. You can think of it as in-app documentation/support.
It may be best to use an example. Say you're building invoicing software. You may want to show new users how to create their first invoice step-by-step. Each step could include helping text, images, or video to guide them through the process and help them discover your application. This walkthrough can help guide your users to seeing value in the product sooner than if they are left in an empty state.
It's good to know that this was not entirely clear. It gives me ideas to clarify the messaging. I'm also working towards putting a working demo on the landing page, which would help a lot to showcase the product.
