ProductHunt re-featured my product from two days ago.

It did so bad when I launched it two days ago at 8:40am PST that ProductHunt apparently decided it deserved another chance. They just re-featured it this morning without even telling me. I visited product hunt to do my daily scouting, and there it was on the front page with 42 votes.
Has this happened to anyone in the past? I wrote their team to ask them why they did it and to, of course, thank them.

One more thing.
They even changed my logo without telling me because it was too flashy.
It actually helped me.
Yeah, they changed my description and title once before. I trusted they knew what they were doing ha
It has happened to me on This Tuesday. they told me is because they give a chance to every app to be on the first page.
I posted on Monday at 11.00 then they removed it and posted it Tuesday 12.00.
My product ended up on 11# place and by now is on 8th place from Tuesday Colors & Fonts

They sometimes will pick products and change titles, images etc and put them back in the mix. They still have to get voted to the front page but they do a good job.
