The question
I'd like to start a discussion about website support. How do you do this? Is there an employee who makes this for you, or do you have a contract with a freelancer/agency?
Is this an hourly or flat monthly plan? Are you satisfied with your solution? Do you have any idea how this could be a more fluid process?

I have two pricing models in my head:

1. Two plans: Unlimited Design and Unlimited Design+Webflow
2. Three plans: 10, 20 and 30 hours of work /month, with all of my services.

What do you think what are the pros and cons?
