Getting in late to the game, but I'm in the process of transitioning to a productized design subscription business. I've heard a few lessons that I'm looking to implement so that clients can get the best quality work quickly:

One of the outstanding thoughts still in my mind is whether I should be specializing to a specific niche and tailoring all the services offered towards that niche. Comments/thoughts appreciated.
Hi, I am building on my subscription service as well. I would like to know how to automatically generate and send a Trello board for customers right after they just subscribed.
I forget how I did that a few years ago, it must have been with the Trello API. I use PHP as a service side language, so I'm guessing I used Trello's Api to automatically create the board. The project itself never went anywhere for me at least and wasn't a business venture I continued to pursue with zero clients.
Have you had any more luck at this? I'm looking at doing this for the development side of things as well. Cool to find somebody else blending dev and photography out there! Not a combo you come across often.
It seems like you have to have the right audience, the right network connections, and the right people to trust you in being able to have a design service like this, all of which I was not able to obtain a few years ago, so this is something I didn't pursue. Best of luck to you though in your endeavors.
