Productized service idea #1: YouTube content-as-a-service

Each week on Monday, I'll be posting a productized service opportunity.

This week: YouTube content creation as a service.

Why I believe it's a great idea and how I would execute it:

• Second biggest search engine after Google
• Pick a niche that has a lot of content searched on YT
• Find popular blogs that are not yet publishing on YT
• Find content creators that can help you with the creation (script, production, editing, ...)
• Charge a monthly subscription / per video

Brand it as ... "Your on-demand creator team" or "Your extended creator team"
