Productized Services: Remote work + too many tools = constant context switching?

Working remotely has been great — except for one thing: the number of tools we juggle every day.

Between Slack, email, meetings, docs, and project boards, it often feels like work is scattered everywhere.

I built a small internal tool to help centralize that chaos and give a clearer “what should I focus on right now?” view.

It’s early, but I’m inviting a few remote folks to try it and share honest feedback.

If this resonates, you can see it here and fill the early access form:

Would love to hear how you manage tool overload in your own workflow.

This is a very real pain in remote productized work — most people don’t realize how much context switching cost comes from reconstructing “what happened → what’s next” every time they jump between Slack, email, docs, meetings, boards, etc.

Curious — as you start getting early feedback, what’s the first real user behavior you’ll treat as a signal that context switching is actually reduced?

    For example:

    • fewer returns to search through old threads before starting work
    • shorter gaps between task completion and next task start without back-tracking
    • fewer “clarification follow-ups” per work unit

Those kinds of behaviors tend to show whether something is reducing mental load rather than just centralizing tools.
