Productized software maintenance/DevSecOps support

Does anyone here have experience with productizing software development/maintenance?

I'm thinking about starting a Software development agency with a subscription model, similar to DesignJoy, but not for design :)

The idea would be to offer different subscription levels with X hours of development support (bug fixing/troubleshooting, maintenance, technical upgrades, design/architecture questions, CI/CD, security audits, etc), backed by a team of experts.

The rationale being that not everyone can afford (or is lucky enough) to hire experts to join their team, but still regularly lose time to find solutions for complex problems, which experts can quickly help troubleshoot/tackle, or to upgrade pieces of software that are out of support and induce business risks.

Do you personally encounter problems during development/maintenance where you'd like to have outside help? How to you deal with those situations? Do you hire X to help you out, or do you just suffer through the troubleshooting on your own?

I'd be glad to get ideas/insights about this idea. I already have a few experts around me, motivated to hop on board with me.
