Profanity and racism - how to tackle

Our website lets users create animations in minutes. We are getting a decent bit of traffic from 4chan. However, some of the animations created have vulgarity and racism. There are 3 choices I have:

1. Ban it outright.
2. Allow them to create it but remove our Logo on the animations.
3. Allow those who have paid membership to do so

Any other options, suggestions?
