The part about angular or react?
the React and/or Angular mess you got yourself into aside, the language of the proposal is way bigger problem.
As in I was rude in my post or coding language is not common enough to easily find cofounders?
MEAN & MERN stacks are industry standard. I got multiple emails and MEAN stack is no problem

I agree with you, but depends what you mean by "code", with a good software architecture coding it is not that big of a problem, requires good programing skills but nothing super special. A lot of the people here have more enthusiasm than programing skills and it will be tricky to find a good tech partner.
b.t.w. the "industry standards" you are mentioning is the worst starting point for any serious system, but very good for securing long term bug fixing and constant maintenance job.
Agreed, I learned over the past year/2 years how to find the right kind of partner, because sometimes they had just started coding and I would end up doing the job for 2 people, or the time zone was a problem etc. It takes time I guess, and thank you for the input Petrovn.
When I said MEAN stack or when I say the person should know angular or react, it's because I think that if they were able to tame one of those beasts then node, typescript, real-time databases and the rest of the stack I use (which mirrors Square Financial's stack) should be no big deal
