Programmer's Buddy

I'm thinking of a sort of virtual programmer that helps upkeep code and with PRs.
The interaction would mostly be posted PRs suggesting code improvements, with some links for feedback/customisation. (Thinking of github/gitlab PRs for example)
That way of interaction I feel is slightly better than other what is commonly on offer today and closer to no effort standardised workflow vs having to install/customise/integrate a thing in.
This part makes it a sort of a virtual programmer as the delivery is code into the main teams flow

The content of the suggestion could be of different types and sources which I'm still POCing and scratching my head about:
• Package management updates
• Code Linters offering auto fixes and/or propitiatory coded solutions to identified issues. (The range of these is wide from technical issues, depredations, confirming to standards)
• Code cognitive complexity refactors (I feel here I might be able to offer the most value? due I'm not sure if it's easily communicable...)

Around business module, I feel there could be a very obvious strong sell for an offer like, only pay for actual merged code or the likes meaning you only pay if you got value out of it... (but possibly in the future have like a minimum pay and grant credits or something :shrug:)

Around marketing I think this would fit inline with the free for open source, pay for private code which is common with this sorts of things, and I kinda imagine when it hits the right people or possibly targeted to it would gain the right eyes for the early adopters.

I guess my questions are:

1. Do you see the value and people paying for this?..
2. Around focus, what should be removed and what should become the focus? I tend to try to take too big of a bite at once...
