Programming all day is ruining your business. Here's what to do.

If you spend your time programming your product all day, and barely any time on the business side of things, you need to stop now and think hard on it.
Not building a sales funnel, not working on your marketing, not making content, not putting yourself out there, is robbing you of your success. Build your business-product, not your tech-product.
Now I'm not saying tech isn't important, but if you're a programmer you've got a programmer's mindset, which is to program. All day if you can. And that's not how to build a business.
To build a successful product takes time, effort and, more importantly, money. Getting those first customers is the most important thing you can do as an indie hacker for your business.
Build an online presence to funnel views into your product, and convert potential customers. If you don't have a sales funnel, if you don't spend time marketing, nobody will see your product and therefore you won't get no money.
It doesn't matter if you've got the best tech stack in the world. You've got zero customers, and so your product(and by extension, you) isn't successful.
