Programming "just one more thing"

As a coding founder it is sooo easy to fall into the trap of just trying to make the product 1% better, add another feature, add this and this. As my first StartUp kinda failed i realised i wanna do it sooo differently. So we got a first Customer where we gave him an ridiculous, he could use the complete software on his backend if he gave us many loops of feedback.
So instead of full product!! I went actual customer driven feedback programming, loop after loop it made more sense and he wanted things i never considered and wasnt interested in the things i thought were soooo cool.
After he was happy with his new case, the new client in the pipeline had a different but very much related use case, so we began the circle again. Loop after Loop we found out the common interests, things we could to better, which things to tweak and never touch a feature if it is not concretely talked about.
This already led to a more Sales driven approach of building this instead of, like prior projects, craft a beautiful product and then try to sell. I already see, this is giving us a way better pace and a better position of trust and easier to onboard.
I like it! I will continue, lets see :)
