Having theme days has really helped this week. I feel that I've managed to do much more, with much less stress. I hope it'll last, that it isn't just a novelty effect! 😁
FocusMate looks interesting, how long have you been using that?
What's involved in being a Community Leader at TopTal? Is it a volunteer thing?
I've been using Focusmate since around March this year. It's great! :)
About Community Leaders at Toptal, the short answer is: yes, my role is a voluntary one.
But, Toptal also has regional community leaders who are full-time employees. They tend to travel a lot between countries in their region, although everyone works remotely.
I work directly with their Western Europe Community Leader, and it involves organising events in London to raise awareness of Toptal or bring Toptalers together.
