Progress Update: semantic HTML, policies in place, and domain (almost) ready for launch

✅ Added semantic elements to HTML.
✅ Added essential documents: Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Refund Policy.
✅ Connected the custom domain to Google App Engine.
✅ Submitted the domain to the e-commerce provider for approval.
