Progress Update: Went from idea to first customer in under 72 hours

A few days ago I posted on here about starting a service that allows companies and founders to have their early-stage product reviewed by design leads from top tech companies.

I set up a landing page with an email input to gauge some interest from the community and a bunch of companies reached out. One of them was a small product agency that ran into a rather complex design issue on a client MVP project. We had a few conversations back and forth during a zoom call and agreed that our service could be a good fit to help them solve it. I guess I'm in business now? I still don't feel ready to say that. There are so many things I feel need to do on the back end of the business first, but it's validating none the less.
