Agile frameworks are awesome, but they're geared towards teams. Is anyone using something along the lines of a "Scrum for One" framework? How does it work and how's it helped your project?
I like to create a clear goal. Divide it into different tasks that I have to do for it and write them down. Then I add a specialisms or sub topic to the task and set them in the right order.
From there I take sprints for each topic. Sometimes it's hard to add time to the sprints, so I'd rather work with just finishing one thing before I start with something else.
For my own feedback on the process, I write small snips of notes behind the task I'm working on. This way I don't get lost and it's easy to reframe the approach. Before every sprint I read the notes, see what I can improve. Not too long though, as I can get a bit carried away with planning and analyzing.
Mostly kanban, as a solo founder, I don't think you'll need more than that. I started using notion.so for that (also useful for writing stuff) but clickup or trello are also nice.
Well, not really scrum but influenced by.
