I'm pretty sure you started a project and didn't finish, I've been there too! Or it took far more time than expected.

I'm talking about business projects, writting a book, building your kids a tree house, planning a trip, starting a home garden, building a chicken coop(For my fellow farmers out there)..., you name it. Everyone has side projects.

You know what you want to achieve, but obviously, you don't know what you don't know. So you start Googling, changing your Youtube algorithms from so many hours spent on videos, and end up overwhelmed before you even start.

Since starting my MSc in project management I've realized how much of those failed projects happened due my lack of Project management know-how, and not motivation.

So I decided to combine my hobby (building stuff) and my current professional focus. Over the last few days I've been building a platform powered by AI to help us manage our projects better and teach us along the way.

I haven't built 100% the way I wanted to release it (maybe will never be), but it's ready enough to contribute to your projects and goals, and maybe help you to brag about your projects on Christmas. My family better be ready!
