Project Management with KPIs
Hey everyone,
Like many of you, I am working on trying to figure out the best way to get things done. Unfortunately, many of the project management tools out there don't cover the question, “Am I working on the right problem and how do I know?”
So to address this I built Operator. Think of it as a Project Management tool with Key Performance Indicators and Organization Management built-in. I just finished the MVP and am releasing it for free to get feedback. Essentially, I've taken ideas from Simon Sinek, Peter Drucker, John Boyd’s OODA Loop, the Lean Startup, Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, Competitive Strategy, Value Chain Analysis, Game Theory, Challenger Sale, Objective and Key Results, Scrum and more and consolidated all of that into this tool.
I am releasing it as a completely free MVP, for the time being, and I'd love your feedback!
