Project Update: Lessons Learned After a Slow Summer and Autumn

Hi all,
It’s been a while since my last update! I took some time off during the summer, and the project development slowed down significantly. This break taught me a lot, and I wanted to share some insights with you.

First, let’s talk about the numbers:
🚨 Traffic dropped by 20-30% after a few months of inactivity.
📉 I lost more subscribers than I gained.
These were tough pills to swallow, but they came with an important realization - leaving a project on autopilot doesn’t work.

What I’ve learned is that running a project is like taking care of a child - you need to nurture it constantly. Neglecting it, even for a short time, can set you back significantly.

The good news? The project is still alive, and I’m back on track! I’m currently working on an exciting new feature (details coming soon 👀). Once this is ready, I plan to double down on marketing efforts, including exploring ads for the first time.
