ProjectPage is live! Inspired by how they work at Shopify. What do you think?

Hello fellow Indiehackers!

Very excited that my new product ProjectPage is now live. 🥳 Would love to hear what you think!

The story so far

At the end of last year I saw this incredible video from the CTO at Shopify talking about how they 'get shit done'. I loved the internal tool they built, but couldn't find anything like it on the market, so I decided to build it for myself.

How does it work?

ProjectPage is a single place for all your company projects. It sits above a task tracking tool (such as Jira/Trello) and answers the following:

  • Which projects are live?
  • What are the goals?
  • Where are the key links?
  • Who's working on them?
  • Are they on track?

an example project on ProjectPage

It also lets teams send project updates to key stakeholders quickly and easily, and sends reminders to teams to do so. All those weekly status update calls on Zoom you're having? Well fingers crossed it can save you a few of those.

What's next?

I would LOVE to hear your thoughts/feedback. I've dabbled in lots of products in the past, but this is the furthest I've got and I'm excited to see what people make of it.

To get started all you have to do is:

  1. Sign up at https://projectpage.io
  2. Add a current project you're working on
  3. Invite your colleagues (optional, but recommended)
  4. Keep your stakeholders up-to-date by posting a project update

Let me know what you think. 🙂
