Projects to recreate for learning to ship MVPs?

Hi there,
What are some good projects to recreate in order for learning what is necessary to ship a project?

Algorithms and Data Structures, some other Uni courses & VBA scripts are my only programming experience.
How do I go about building the relevant skills to effectively build products now?

I’d think learning to recreate existing products could be a good way. So now I’m looking for recommendations of progressions, so I’m not overwhelmed, but learn a lot.

My goal is to be able to quickly create prototypes and launch a first functioning product, once I have an idea.
Currently, I feel like I am lacking the tools & knowledge, as knowing the space time complexity of merge sort or creating a binary tree doesn’t really help.

I’m sure there is a super guide to this out there, but haven’t found it yet and appreciate any recommendations.

Kind regards,
SEO
