Property management web app for sale. Interested?

Long story less long, I'm looking to sell my partially complete SaaS app called Resi. It's a property management platform for independent landlords and property owners, that allows them to manage tenants, collect rent, send messages to tenants etc.

I've recently taken on a fulltime job and I will not be able to dedicated much time to the project, as well as my other ventures. Would be willing to part with the codebase, landing page, social media accounts and an email signup and prospect list of about 1,000 property owners and landlords.

On the tech side
The frontend web app is mostly complete, with the backend infrastructure needing to be finished, and Stripe ACH payment needing to be fully implemented. It's built in React, with a MongoDB backend and it's deployed on Heroku. Would also offer up the Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts as well.

On the marketing side
I have a contact list of 1,000 leads/prospects. These are property owners who have 1 or multiple properties across the country. We purchased this list from a 3rd party broker who has access to large amounts of this type of data.  If you or anyone you know is interested in taking over the project, please let me know.
