I just wanted to give a shout out to Tawk.To.
I am in no way shape or form affiliated with them.
They have a great FREE webchat service. I canceled Intercom today. 1000x better value! If you are looking for a webchat, I would recommend them.

Just checked their website, and offering a KB is incredible!
Ill reconsider them vs drift, even tho i love drift
We are pre-launch, we are not quite ready for a live agent service yet... I am extremely cautious of who I allow to represent my company. I have had a few horror stories in previous start-ups. That would rule me out on the live agent chat service. I will probably interview a bunch of people on upwork and personally choose the person I feel would be the best fit.
