PropTech business idea

Even though I've been following this community for quite a while now, it is today the first time I post something on my own.

My idea is to provide individuals and couples a platform where they can search for new flats/houses in a more personal and transparent way.

The platform will match the customer's needs, requirements, and future plans with the available dwellings listed on the platform.

A full report with the flaws and recommended adjustments of the dwelling will be presented.

In addition, according to the location of the place, a neighborhood report will be provided (such as nearby parks, schools, grocery stores, public transportation, parking spots, etc), plus the cost of the utilities (water, electricity, heating, gas) in accordance with the area, historical data and dwelling's profile. All this will be calculated for how many people will live there.

I found that some Millenials regret buying a freshly built dwelling as hidden costs might uncover over time. Also, they realize that the purchase doesn't necessarily satisfy their needs, the neighborhood isn't exactly as they imagined or the maintenance and utilities costs are way higher than expected.
